The Health Economics and Policy Network in Africa (HEPNet) is a unique network of institutions that aims to build in-depth expertise in health economics and health policy analysis to improve health systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.
HEPNet activities include providing support for attendance at the International Health Economics Association (iHEA) conferences; convening regular workshops; promoting and developing formal training programmes; supporting research activities which address country policy priorities; sharing resources for training, particularly training materials and expertise; and interacting with international organisations active within the region.
